Hi Hoi Mun :D I've never really seen your work but I am really impressed!
I think you got the Blizzard style down pretty good in this piece :) (Big chunky armor, even bigger shoulders and glows)
If in doubt of the Blizzard style, just add:
1) more spikes
2) more red
3) make a one hander as big as a two hander
